 School Financial Services PI 1500 District Contacts Report


           
           
The School Financial Services Team collects many types of data from school districts for state aid payment and statutory compliance reasons. This new report is designed to accomplish two purposes.
           
1. To identify school district staff who will receive SFS team electronic communications. As an example, the finance team will no longer send general paper mailings to school district administrators. This report will ask for the superintendent or designee to identify district staff who will receive information for the new electronic newsletter that replaces the paper mailing. Other information about such topics as special education, revenue limit, and transfer of service will be sent to selected district staff as e-mails, list serves, newsletters and posted to the team’s website.
                       
2. To identify specific district staff for report submission authorization, the finance team has instituted this data security model. This report will ask for the superintendent or designee to identify district staff who will be authorized to file reports on behalf of the district.
